-- Michigan to win the men's college basketball championship (+500) -- The United States men's hockey team to win the Olympic gold medal (+180) -- The New York Knicks to win the Eastern Conference (+330) -- The San Antonio Spurs to win the Western Conference (+850)

The bettor could have cashed out for $612,212.95 befor the Spurs beat the Thunder in Game 7.
