The line opened at Houston -1.5 and then money came in on Kansas and made the Cougars a 2.5-point favorite. Houston shot 21 of 66 from the field in a 69-56 loss, including 5 of 24 from 3-point territory. Offense may be an issue for the Cougars if they go deep into the NCAA tournament, as Houston dropped to 3-5 against ranked teams this season. FWIW: Darryn Peterson was 5 of 14 and finished with 14 points in 30 minutes. No plays on tonight's card as we lick our wounds.
